In-Home Sick Visits with Rapid Testing

Feeling sick? Stay home. We'll come to you.

Start with a 15-minute televisit with a clinician. Then a nurse comes to your home to check your vital signs and run rapid tests for strep throat, COVID-19, influenza A & B, and RSV as needed.

How It Works

From booking to a plan, without leaving home

  1. Step 1

    Book your visit

Pick a time online. Plan for about 60 minutes with your nurse.

  2. Step 2

    Meet your clinician

A 15-minute televisit before your nurse arrives to review your symptoms and decide which tests you need. It's included in your visit.

  3. Step 3

    Your nurse comes to you

Vital signs, any tests your clinician recommends, and Concierge IV Therapy if you've added it.

  4. Step 4

    Results and next steps

Your clinician reviews your vitals and test results and shares next steps. If treatment is appropriate, a prescription is sent to your pharmacy.

FAQs

Questions about sick visits

How long does a sick visit take?

Plan for a 15-minute televisit with your clinician first, then about 60 minutes with your nurse at home.

What does it cost?

The $249 visit covers your nurse, vital signs, a 15-minute televisit with a clinician, and a prescription sent to your pharmacy if you need one. Each test is $99. A typical visit with one test comes to $348, and with both tests, $447.

What's the difference between the two tests?

The COVID-19, flu & RSV test uses one swab to check for COVID-19, influenza A, influenza B and RSV at the same time. The strep test is a separate throat swab for strep throat.

Is the televisit included?

Yes. Every sick visit starts with a 15-minute televisit with a clinician, who reviews your symptoms and decides which tests make sense before your nurse arrives. You'll schedule it after you book.

Can I add an IV?

Yes. Concierge IV Therapy can be added to your sick visit. Just ask when you book, or call or text (708) 719-1623.

What if I live outside your service area?

We serve Chicago, Chicagoland, parts of Northwest Indiana & the Madison, Wisconsin area, with Miami, Florida coming soon. A travel fee may apply more than 25 miles outside our service areas.

Do you take insurance?

We don't bill insurance for visits, but we can provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We accept credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards, and Zelle. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.

What if I need to cancel?

A $99 cancellation fee applies if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, unless there's an emergency or other approved circumstance. If you've added Concierge IV Therapy, a late cancellation is 50% of the IV visit cost.

I'm already a member. How do I book?
